1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers (Section 13 of the German Civil Code) through the Bancz online shop. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.

3. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to order. By clicking the "Buy now" button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in your shopping cart. The contract is concluded as soon as you receive an order confirmation via email.

 

4. Prices and shipping costs

All prices include VAT (where applicable) and exclude shipping costs. Shipping costs will be shown separately during the ordering process.

 

5. Delivery

Delivery is made worldwide with a shipping service provider of our choice.

The delivery time is usually 2-5 working days , but may vary depending on the delivery country.

If not all of the ordered products are in stock, we reserve the right to make partial deliveries, provided this is reasonable for you.

 

6. Terms of payment

The following payment methods are available:

– Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or others)

– Klarna (invoice, instant bank transfer, etc.)

– Other payment methods displayed in the checkout

The charge will be made immediately after the order has been completed or in accordance with the terms and conditions of the selected payment service provider.

 

7. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

 

8. Right of withdrawal

Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in our cancellation policy .

 

9. Warranty

The statutory liability for defects applies.

 

10. Liability

We are liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health resulting from a negligent or intentional breach of duty. For other damages, we are only liable in cases of intent or gross negligence.

 

11. Dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find here: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

 

12. Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory provisions of the state in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected.
